Dear "Youth has the Midas Touch" project
participants,
I would like to introduce you our "New Year" video
which was recorded during our New Year Zoom Meeting with the participation of
our Turkish and Romanian students. This meeting was recorded by Yiğit from Hacı
Ömer Tarman Anatolian High School and turned into a new year video by Sude from
Hacı Ömer Tarman Anatolian High School. We thank Yiğit, Sude and all participants
of this video and wish you all a healthy, happy and successful 2021.

Today is December, 21st. The longest night in the Northern
Hemisphere. According to the Turkish mythology, new year begins after this
longest night and for increasing the wealth and abundance all through the new
year, there is an old tradition of breaking pomegranate at the threshold.
Hence, do not forget to break a pomegranate and then eat it happily, make a
wish and be grateful for what you have in your lives.
