„The stigmatization and
discrimination associated with neurological differences remain substantial
obstacles to diagnosis and therapies, an issue that must be addressed by both
public policy-makers in developing nations, as well as donor countries.”

"I'm not weird, I'm
different", just like us, people with autism and not only, are people and
starting from this principle we, the students of the CTCF Unirea Pașcani, we
thought, even in pandemic conditions to show those with „blue blood” our
compassion for them through small gestures we want to show them that whatever
happens they are special to us and we will always be with them.

students join students from a Special Educational Needs School in our town in
all types of activities to raise awareness towards accepting and helping

In recent years, the system of inclusive education has been intensively developing in Estonia.
In our school, about 90 people study, taking into account
the variety of special educational needs and individual opportunities in a
light and individual program in both small and regular classes.
These children participate in the general educational process, sports and extracurricular activities, and various projects.

LIGHT IT UP BLUE
Turkey turned 'Blue' on April 2, "World Autism
Awareness Day". Important iconic buildings in our country were illuminated
with blue light on April 2 as a part of the “LIGHT IT UP BLUE for AUTISM”
campaign which was organized simultaneously all over the world in order to
attract attention to autism and to raise awareness. Besides a lot of people
shared messages on their social media accounts with the hashtag
#otizmemaviışıkyak-#light it up blue.
